THE PRODUCTS FOR SALE
The products that are for sale through the website www.lagouraxi.com are available and you can have information about them by following the searching instructions and by clicking on to the name or the photo of the chosen product.
MODIFICATION OF THE ORDER
For the modification of an order (general or in part) you may send an email to mail@lagouraxi.com or fax to +(30) 24230 65578. This possibility is offered until the time we will inform you that the products left our warehouse. After that moment the modification is not possible.
THREE WAYS FOR PAYMENT
The www.lagouraxi.com offer 3 different ways for payment (see below) if you buy from our e-shop
1. By Credit Card. We charge your credit card the day of your online payment. The www.lagouraxi.com has done everything that is necessary to protect your personal details of your credit card.
2. Cash on delivery day.

Also the www.lagouraxi.com gives you the opportunity to choose if you will buy by receipt or invoice. We can give invoice to companies or businessmen who have complete the next details at their order: Company Name, VAT Number, Tax Office and occupation for the businessmen.
PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS FOR SALE
At the prices which are written below of every product in our catalog a VAT 19% is included. For specific areas with reduced VAT (islands etc) it is 13%. These prices are for the available products and LAGOU RAXI A.E. has the right to change them.
RETURNED PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the products you bought, without loosing money and without to announce us the reason for this within 15 working days from the date you received the products. In that case the cost of this delivery will be passed on to the customer.
The returns will be acceptable only if the products are at the same condition you received them, without to be unsealed or broken, and with the corresponding receipt or invoice.
We advice the customers to examine all goods at the time of delivery, and to check the condition of the package (damaged bottles, wrong type etc).

If you return the products to us, we will refund within 30 days from the day we will receive them. This period of time depends on the way you have paid your order and the way of the returning.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. Force majeure: If we cannot delivery your products within the agreed time because of outside reasons like for example bad weather conditions, no availability of the products, strikes etc., we will inform you through email or phone, so you may decide if you want to send you the order.
2. Responsibility of LAGOU RAXI A.E.: Our shop is not responsible for faults or bad quality of the available products. All the products are received packed by their producers. In case the products have real false you have the right to return them and we can then make arrangements for replacement bottles to be sent to you, or a refund for the damaged bottles if preferred.
3. In case of cork problem (corked wine) then you must return the bottle to us. LAGOU RAXI A.E. has no responsibility for this. The producer is responsible for this but we will replace the same bottle only if the producer accepts the replacement.
4. Changes of the Conditions of Use: LAGOU RAXI A.E. has the right to change or renew the conditions of shopping. LAGOU RAXI A.E. takes the charge to update this text with any change or addition.
